Pros
Flexibility with my school schedule, I was able to work completely around my school schedule and was able to change it each semester.
Cons
Management is very knee-jerk when making changes, employee morale was very low, seem unable to plan well. Center manager is very unprofessional, makes rude comments to workers. Work availability is hot and cold. Seems like they are either way behind and forcing overtime or so slow people are being sent home on a regular basis. pay is definitely below market
