Pros
No prons as since 2 years we are Work from Home and handling the mobile development independently. The business doesn't waste time on unnecessary meetings always, we have our morning Scrum call and update or take tasks. The company expects us to be proactive.
Cons
Missing office life which helped to us to go out after work hours.
