Long hours > 12 hour days. management does not believe in going home on time, even when there is nothing to do. Normally people are just wasting time during the day, taking long smoking breaks but only do fruitful work after the sun comes down. Some timelines are impossible to do, like asking you to design something that takes 1 week in 1 day. Promotions, bonus depends on your ability to boast your achievements and whether you can click with management. No bonus or much bonus compared to other places. Management has bad temper and has no idea what they want to do.
