- Too arrogance and ego ; single traffic of communication ! Always say open book for discussion but the TOP makes decision is final at the end ! - The TOP people too proud to set example for being courtesy, humble or reasonable. Hot-headed always ! - People get redundant or lack of attention even they put >16 hours of hard work daily for years. It gets worse if you are not the member of the Old Boys Club ! - No work/life balance although many leaves, no problem apply it but problem when someone keeps in heart and remained silent yah.

People are constantly in CYA mode. Probably for good reasons too. Stifling and disjointed. Nothing meaningful gets done. The technology is nothing amazing, just your run of the mill application. If you value your career growth (and brain power I might add) I think there are far better prospects out there. If you are fine with grinding at the same old thing and doing as you are told (or imagine you are told) I guess the it is a fine place. Not terrible at least.
