HPF is a fun place to work. Fast! Yes! a start up, so all the rules aren't in stone yet. The management is knowledgeable and moves fast.

If you want to make decisions and make things happen, this is a great place! You do have to produce and be accountable. That's just not for everyone.

There are some decent employees that work there.

The CEO is a con man. He does not have any kind of processes set in place to make the company successful. He promises the moon and stars and cant even deliver gravel. He fires people before he has to pay benefits. He does not trust anyone and tries to do everything himself which makes certain processes longer than they should be. He ran the company in the ground 4 years ago and now he is running it in the ground again. He bullies people when things are not running smooth, but yet he does not have the proper channels in place to make the business succeed.
