This company’s management “leaders” have allowed the work environment to become very toxic and they participate in it. They have a push you until you break mentality and then post your job while you are still there (several employees have found out their job is on the line because they were told by other employees that their job is posted) they rule by fear and intimidation. They go from treating you with respect to ignoring you when they are done with you. They allow and participate in talking behind other employee’s backs, gossip, blaming past employee’s for all of their issues. The customer service is horrible to dealers and customers. At one point this was a great place to work, however it has not been that way since the end of last year. The 2 leaders of the company lie constantly, to staff about other staff and about the state of the company. Be very careful before accepting a position here. The turn over is high. Do your research. Reach out to dealers and customers if you can, and not ones they select. They promise the world and can not deliver. They give the rules of the game then change them to suite their addenda. If you are salary expect to live at HP.

Environment is not people focused. Something as simple as good morning seems to be an effort. No training and asking questions is frowned upon. In a word mean. Lots of unnecessary profanity
