-Random unannounced Department changes. -You will never get promotion or an increment in salary, but suddenly one day your team Head will have a different higher up job title, which you'll find out from their reply emails. -Skills get used for projects but no recognition given and someone else takes credit. -Worst higher management, with unreal target expectations and with less number of allocated resources. -Bonus is never given, instead they give out bad excuses every year. -Worst professional ethics from management: They change your job title without any information what so ever and casually announce the job title change during the daily stand up meeting.
