Toxic Work Culture and Poor Management – Not Recommended - Senior Associate HTIC Global Employee Review

I’ve been working here for over half a year, and the experience has been very disappointing. The work culture is toxic, with no team supports internally. Management is disorganised, often making sudden decisions — including layoffs — without any clear communication. There’s high attrition, no growth opportunities. Everything feels unstructured and stressful. I’m actively looking for better opportunities and would not recommend this workplace to anyone who values a healthy and supportive environment.
