Work-life balance: Alternate Saturdays are working days- because who doesn't love spending half their weekends at work? Job security: If you are looking for stability, this isn't the place. With an attrition rate that could rival a revolving door, barely 10% of employees last more than two years. In 2024 alone, nearly 200 people came and went. Fun fact: the HR division, which directly reports to CEO, has only one employees who has lasted over a year. That should tell you something. Company culture: Culture? What culture? The management style is a mix of unpredicatability and ego battles. Employees start their day by asking, "What's the CEO's mood today?"- because his mood swings dictate the work. He changes his mind so often that even weather forecasts are more reliable. And let's not even get started on they view employees - it's more "servant-master" than team. And we have a saar maadam culture. And fun fact: they don't like people laughing or enjoying themselves. If you look too happy, you might just get extra work as punishment. Mental health impact: If you enjoy constant stress, walking on egg shells and having zero say in your work, this is your paradise. Management believes they are always right, and employees are just there to type out their thoughts- like copywriters. Your ideas? Not welcome Your well-being? Not a concern. People management: They say "people first", but what they mean is "profits first, people... well, somewhere down the list." They may be making money, but in terms of actual leadership and employee engagement? A solid zero. Fake reviews: If you are impressed by the glowing online reviews, just know that most of them are "encouraged" by management team through marketing team. Employees are subtly(or not so subtly) nudged to write positive reviews. Irony at its finest. A "great" place to start your career: If you're just starting out, this place might actually be useful - because once you experience one of the worst workplaces at the start of your career, everything else in life will feel easier. Consider it a crash course in patience and endurance. But if you're experienced? Don't take the chance. Seriously. Would I recommend working here? Only if you enjoy chaos, job insecurity and a daily dose of frustration. Otherwise better keep looking.
