Pros

PDC budget (but be warned, they'll make you repay anything you've used in the last 12 months, as well as your practicing certificate if you leave)

Cons

Top heavy company who are out of touch with their employees (won't follow through with pay reviews for staff but have the money to have leadership retreats) Poor pay- what you start on is what you stay on- don't expect regular progressions and remuneration reviews despite what they promise Training and support is severely lacking Their only focus is KPIs and making them money, they have no concerns for staff well-being Will protect maintaining business and dollars over supporting their staff when they are bullied by external health providers Terrible culture Constantly expanding by buying out other companies- focus is money not looking after their existing assets and people Unprofessional management- will actively gossip and complain about staff to other staff High staff turnover which speaks for itself

Thanks for taking the time to share detailed feedback based on your experience with us. As an organisation, we continue to review how we support our people through growth and change, including leadership capability, learning and development, remuneration frameworks, and how concerns are escalated and addressed. These are complex areas, and feedback such as this yours is considered as part of broader reflection and improvement efforts. We recognise that experiences within any large and growing organisation can vary. Our growth has been focused on expanding access to care and supporting wider communities and creating opportunities for our teams, while ensuring the organisation remains sustainable and able to support its workforce over time. We’d also like to clarify two points for accuracy. Our professional development (PDC) funding is available to eligible team members and is generally subject to a 12 month commitment; where that commitment isn’t met, repayment can apply in line with the agreed terms. We also contribute to annual practising certificate (APC) costs in accordance with how these are billed by the relevant professional bodies; when employment ends, ongoing APC costs sit with the individual or their new employer’s arrangements. While experiences can vary, we appreciate perspectives shared respectfully and thoughtfully, and we wish you well in your next chapter.
