As an organisation, we continue to review how we support our people through growth and change, including leadership capability, learning and development, remuneration frameworks, and how concerns are escalated and addressed. These are complex areas, and feedback such as this yours is considered as part of broader reflection and improvement efforts.
We recognise that experiences within any large and growing organisation can vary. Our growth has been focused on expanding access to care and supporting wider communities and creating opportunities for our teams, while ensuring the organisation remains sustainable and able to support its workforce over time.
We’d also like to clarify two points for accuracy. Our professional development (PDC) funding is available to eligible team members and is generally subject to a 12 month commitment; where that commitment isn’t met, repayment can apply in line with the agreed terms. We also contribute to annual practising certificate (APC) costs in accordance with how these are billed by the relevant professional bodies; when employment ends, ongoing APC costs sit with the individual or their new employer’s arrangements.
