I loved the formation, the stock, and my amazing colleague (I miss them). The custumers can be very up and down, lots of special personnality, but ultimately i was kind of fond of them.

The workload can be pretty massive, and the reward (monetary, verbally, in term of status) is very inexistant. There is no constance in procedures, incoming of stocks or leadership, so it can be a lot of insecurities for almost nothing in return.

The customers are great. The team (in store) are AMAZING! There's a lot of trainings which makes it easier to provide informations to the customers.

Too much work for little reward. Too little employees for the store surface. Too much stress and tasks and responsibilities for part-time employees. Huge lack of product (ear me here, there is a great variety of brands, but the ones that are mostly on demand are the ones where the stock needs to be increased)
