      Poor pay and too much work

      lots of responsibilities nice office space

      Cons

      Low pay for responsibility bullying atmosphere no overtime pay long hours with no thank you or acknowledgement no overtime meals or transport offered when working late nights IT is always down and horrible staff morale

      Pros

      The customers are great. The team (in store) are AMAZING! There's a lot of trainings which makes it easier to provide informations to the customers.

      Cons

      Too much work for little reward. Too little employees for the store surface. Too much stress and tasks and responsibilities for part-time employees. Huge lack of product (ear me here, there is a great variety of brands, but the ones that are mostly on demand are the ones where the stock needs to be increased)

      Pros

      The customers make all that is positive here... and it's not that much of a pro since most of them comes with larger than life artist ego and access to top brands ( wich you may do as a customer but are way better off at Omer desser.)

      Cons

      Complete lack of leadership, Camaraderie or structure. Ridiculous Compensation. Management as little to no regards for the well being of their employee. No employee only space in a huge Hangar. but the worst is the glorification of Penny-Pintching attitude toward all customer and employee alike . I wouldn't recommend this retail place to any of my friend even for mere survival.
