Pros
Steady work, ability to be able to work independently depending on the position.
Cons
Where do I start..the place has been there since the 60's or 70's maybe, and all of the equipment and workers are still there from that time frame. In other words VERY! VERY! outdated, it's like stepping in a manufacturing time machine, no room for improvement. The pay is a ripoff depending on your position, they hate to give raises, no decent holiday pay, no decent holiday meals, strict lunch break policies, for a 10 HR shift my lunch was only 30 mins and they prefer you not to leave the premesis, too loud to even hear someone talking on the work floor, known to pop up on Fridays and say "hey guys we are working Saturday" basically if you fresh out of prison and have no other choices and prefer being around senior citizens who choose to work here for life and stay broke hence the reason why they are still there and haven't retired, then this is the job for you. If you like freedom, good benefits, and decent raises but you hate working in one spot pressing buttons and lifting heavy things literally all-day then run as far away from this place as possible, btw their maintenance have no idea on what's going on. It's a reason everyone keeps leaving this place and going to the Hyundai plant.
