Pros
Work for a lot of different clients and learn how to utilize different tools. Really good learning experiences.
Cons
Leadership is pretty bad. It takes so long for things to move along. They are literally all talk and no action. It's like everything there moves in slow motion. Also don't really understand why the CEO is involved in client work? A lot of them have said they had a disinterest in working with him. This man will talk your ear off.
