Pros

Good work life balance. Flexible work options.

Cons

Low pay and mediocre benefits. No vision for the company - all they do is look for the next acquisition. And that's how the company operates as just a bunch of separate entities that are not unified. They have no plan to grow organically. Poor technical skills and poor project management skillset across the company.
