Cons
Many. I was assigned to one of their "remote" offices in Rockville, MD. Don't pay any attention to the reviews regarding the great offices, culture, weekly yoga classes, monthly beer tastings, etc. All of this only happens at the headquarters office. If you have the grave misfortune of being stationed anywhere else, well. Forget any "benefits." I did my own yoga in the empty, dusty office next to ours that happened to be unoccupied at the time. Some "benefit." Management will treat you like a piece of crap. They'll tell you to share ideas as to how to do things differently, and then promptly scoff and mock at you. You will be belittled and discouraged at every step. Maybe that's why they have such good health insurance. I just wanted to kill myself after working here. Run. Run away, and fast.
