Pros

The interview process of Halleyx is something to talk about. For the first time, I got to hear someone explain the perks and vision (and a humorous meme compilation to ease everyone), rather than rushing over the daunting strategies to clear the interview during the pre-placement talk. The psychometric test, made more sense than the regular aptitude tests. I had already got swayed towards the company at that point and got ready for the next round, a 4-day hackathon. I worked hard to complete the task, but as a novice, I could not produce a complete implementation. Good thing that my learning potential was analyzed, and I was able to attend the technical interview. I felt calm and confident about the way the CTO treated me. The final interview evaluated my personality without the boring “tell me about yourself” type of trivia. It has been over a year for me now at Halleyx. My work-life balance has never been disrupted as we can work remotely with a flexible schedule whenever necessary.

Cons

I have no "cons" to mention right now.

Pros

The interview process was different from what I expected in a good way. The open project round focused more on understanding a problem and breaking it into smaller parts rather than simply building a clone project. The discussions were practical and gave me a better idea of how real-world development works. Overall, it was a good learning experience.

Cons

I did not notice any major issues during my interaction with the company. Since I am just starting my internship, I do not have enough experience yet to comment on the internal work environment.

Pros

I’d like to share my interview experience at Halleyx. My journey started with a telephonic conversation, which was then followed by a technical task where I had to develop a complete Proof of Concept (POC) and submit it. After that, I attended an online technical interview, and finally, there was a last round that was more relaxed—it focused on understanding my mindset and way of thinking, where I could speak freely. Overall, that was my interview experience at Halleyx, and now I’m working here as a Software Developer. When I first joined, I was quite nervous—everything was new: a new city, a new office, and a new work culture. I wasn’t sure what to expect. But now, I feel much more comfortable. The team is very friendly, and one thing I really appreciate is that I can ask doubts without any hesitation, and they’re always willing to help and clarify. The most important and unique aspect here is that I can directly connect with the CEO and CTO to discuss and clear any doubts. That openness makes a huge difference. Overall, it has been a very positive and different cultural experience for me.

Cons
