Good job and pay but awful management - Vehicle Technician Halliwell Jones Employee Review

Management not at all aligned with the technicians. They do not care about who works there and it's all about efficiency. They have no idea what goes on in the workshop and don't understand why certain things don't go the way they want to. The bonus system is awful and does not encourage technicians to work hard.
