Management not at all aligned with the technicians. They do not care about who works there and it's all about efficiency. They have no idea what goes on in the workshop and don't understand why certain things don't go the way they want to. The bonus system is awful and does not encourage technicians to work hard.

-Little to no training then blamed by management when things go wrong -Expected to stay past your hours sometimes even past closing time -Management expect you to skip your lunch -No support at all, then directly blamed for bad reviews as your overwhelmed -Stressful environment -Overworked-Underpaid -Extra responsibilities forced on you -Management promise the world and don’t deliver -They will fill your position before they sack you -Will leave you in financial difficulty for their own gain -Never apply for an internal job vacancy as they will terminate your contract due to not being committed
