      Remote work; minimal micro managing

      never was fully trained; all training was done remotely by multiple people; daily tasks were never explained; left alone for the most part but also micro-managed at the same time with weekly meetings to go around group and discuss what our weekly tasks were even if they never changed; everyone was in the same state except for me - never made to feel part of team; role was completely different from the rest of the team; never given true direction or expectations

      Pros

      Hallmark was a wonderful place to work and I truly felt like management cared about me. The CEO is very involved in the business and even takes the time to meet with every new associate. Hallmark has a phenomenal training program and has a very defined process for everything from product training to taking days off. I’d highly recommend Hallmark to anyone looking for an opportunity in the building materials industry. There’s a handful of people who have left and come back to Hallmark, and I think that speaks volumes about the type of company that Hallmark truly is.

      There isn’t a commission structure.
