      Left alone with no training

      Remote work; minimal micro managing

      Cons

      never was fully trained; all training was done remotely by multiple people; daily tasks were never explained; left alone for the most part but also micro-managed at the same time with weekly meetings to go around group and discuss what our weekly tasks were even if they never changed; everyone was in the same state except for me - never made to feel part of team; role was completely different from the rest of the team; never given true direction or expectations

      This company does not have many pros. Even the products are overpriced for what they are as this is a distributor

      Cons

      Leadership is not professionally trained. They try to implement programs that have nothing to do with growing business- almost like they are trying to justify their position and show how "smart" they are. Ownership and leadership find humor in sophomoric, vulgar references and inferences. The dress of some of the managers is frightening and embarrassing. Was a pleasure to distance myself from this company.
