Cons
All decisions and business considerations appear to be revenue dependent. You must be prepared to justify the smallest change or request. Like most corporations, it can take a lot of time for your request to be processed. This is a work-hard play- hard environment. Be prepared to work outside of regular work hours on a regular basis. This is expected regardless of your position in the company. Changes happen on a regular basis. You must be able to accept change and re-prioritize your day accordingly. If you are not flexible and are not able to juggle multiple tasks at one time on a daily basis, this is not the place for you.
