Plenty of opportunity for career growth if you are willing to find the opportunity and work hard to make a positive impact. Great opportunity to work with partners who have made amazing professional and personal impact in communities around the world. I liked and appreciated everyone I worked with. Excellent and generous benefits package offered.

Cons

All decisions and business considerations appear to be revenue dependent. You must be prepared to justify the smallest change or request. Like most corporations, it can take a lot of time for your request to be processed. This is a work-hard play- hard environment. Be prepared to work outside of regular work hours on a regular basis. This is expected regardless of your position in the company. Changes happen on a regular basis. You must be able to accept change and re-prioritize your day accordingly. If you are not flexible and are not able to juggle multiple tasks at one time on a daily basis, this is not the place for you.
