Pros
Not employee through school working at, but HCESC so it’s nice to have that bridge between you and the school. Enjoyed my supervisor, competitive pay, good leave. HCESC is very flexible and since principals do not oversee you, you can do your own thing.
Cons
Pro is also a con- not always as integrated into schools since seen as “contractor” in a sense
