Pros

I learned a lot from this job. I was cross trained on every shift and department. I learned as much as I could from my GM she was amazing! Hard work goes a long way with this company.

Cons

My facility was a little under staffed because of corporate. Laundry was constantly a problem..making the housekeeping behind schedule and unhappy guests at check in because their rooms weren't ready in time. However it was a great learning opportunity and built thick skin for me. I was able to juggle a lot at once without thought. Also the short staff had to come together as a team. We had no option, so it worked out well for us.

Pros

Consistent hours, employee discount for hotel stays was a big bonus, owners and management was generally always on-call to assist with any problems.

Cons

Management was unable to resolve conflicts between staff, members of management caused a significant amount if drama and often created a hostile work environment.
