      Pros

      I truly enjoyed the guests and making them feel at home in any way possible. The night audit duties was a challenging experience.

      Cons

      There were very few cons in working for the Hampton Inn. If I had to choose one, it would be that some guests were never pleased no matter what accomodations you made for them. People disputing their bill.

      Pros

      Consistent hours, employee discount for hotel stays was a big bonus, owners and management was generally always on-call to assist with any problems.

      Cons

      Management was unable to resolve conflicts between staff, members of management caused a significant amount if drama and often created a hostile work environment.
