Decision making can be slow due to hierarchical structures

Customer Service and SBA Loan departments at the bank are amazing. They have very competent people who care a lot about their customers as well as their fellow employees. People really try to help eachother. Cutthroat attitudes do not apply among these employees.

There was a high preference for Korean Employees at this bank. Employees of other ethnicities sometimes felt like second class employees.
