- Company don't have any customized policy for foreign country operation, because they don't want to spend on upgrading their system & policies.
- Management (Korean) staff don't have any professionalism, they will always ask local employees to work beyond working hours, without any compensation.
- Management (Korean) staff will never allow local staff any leaves, forget about annual appraisal or bonus on time. However, the Korean staff will receive everything.
- Management (Korean) staff will eat out (80~90%) of bank expense budget in foreign countries and nothing is left for welfare of local staff
