Pros

Handsome is a company that allows you to forge your own career path in whatever direction you want to take it. It's not a large agency, so if you show interest in contributing to the company beyond just project work, you're usually acknowledged for it. The leadership is very transparent with what is happening around the company, and there's a consistent flow of projects year round. The project teams are small and collaborative. This isnt a 'burn out from working 60 hours a week' type of agency. People expect you to be capable at your craft, and respect you to manage your own schedule accordingly. There's a flexible vacation and WFH policy to match that perspective.

Cons

Agency life isn't for everyone. Agency life means sometimes you're on projects that aren't always as exciting as others, but that'll be the case at any agency you to go.

Pros

Good orientation but extremely long for a new hire.

Cons

Executive leadership only cares about sales and money. They cut corners and hire people who they think they can overwork and manage and who aren’t experienced. This company does not care about employees only about how to stretch them. There’s no diversity as well. Everyone is white on the executive team and the majority of the office. Long hours no one takes lunches. They present themselves on social media as a great company but it’s not they do this for the owners ego. Their benefits are also expensive and not great. There’s favoritism and nepotism they promote people who are not qualified as long as they can mold them to do what they want. Run do not take them serious. They also do not invest in employees which is what they promote themselves for.
