Pros
The teams are the best part of this company. All the employees work together to make the most of it, but everyone’s scared of the CEO.
Cons
1. CEO’s expectation is that we should “be working even after you leave the office”. 2. I witnessed CEO yell at an employee, and was told by coworkers that he’s been seen yelling at others. 3. In the short amount of time I’ve been here, 10% of the company left. I saw 2 people quit in the same week, pointing to the CEO as their reason for leaving. 4. the next person to leave put in their two weeks notice but CEO told them to leave immediately and yelled at them, threatened to sue them based on some unfounded rumor. Huge scene, they were escorted out in tears. 5. Afterwards, CEO asks anyone planning to leave to submit their notice and not quit on the spot, even though the last person that did left in tears. 6. CEO gave someone a raise and then later held the raise over their head in attempt of getting them to download work on their phone. 7. CEO openly speaks badly about employees to other employees and teams. 8. CEO bait and switches people constantly to get them to do what he wants. I’ve been working for a long time, this is hands down the most hostile and fear-induced workplace I’ve ever been. No question.
