Engaging work in a dynamic, and at times fun industry. Can earn a lot of responsibility quickly at this company. Strong benefits as well.
Cons
Very little room to grow. Little to no emphasis on developing talent, or retaining employees. Incredibly high turnover due to many different fundamental issues with workplace culture. Little to no workplace flexibility, and very policy driven environment that has no focus on work life balance. Strong opportunity to build resume due to readily available responsibility, but should not be viewed as a long term career option.
