      Pros

      2-2-3 shift Only have to work half of the month

      Cons

      Benefits are expensive No work life balance Managers make you cover your PTO Managers will make up stuff on your review to make it fit a rating. As I was told "Someone in the department has to get a bad rating. There are only so many Good ratings we can give and only one Outstanding." Poor communication all around.
