-Travelling is literally all you do. For no reason. On weekends. You are not allowed to not travel. Wedding anniversaries, birthdays, special events are no excuse and you will likely miss important events in your life at home
-You are forced to agree with the Corporate manual in your first week of employment AFTER you have signed your contract. The corporate manual states you are not allowed to complain about missing your family, you must travel outside of work hours, you must travel for at least a week when you travel but if it's international, two weeks is expected. One of the policies is "Zero tolerance for [profanity]." Contracts state you will be compensated for travel time with "free time" after which is not true.
-They take the 90 day trial period very seriously. You can be fired at random.
-You MUST tell them everything about your life "or you will be fired." This will likely be used against you if they decide to fire you.
-They speak ill of other colleagues behind their back
-They intentionally hire people they know will be challenging to see how long they'll last
-You are asked about your medical history and if you want children or have children and will not be given opportunities based on your answers
-You are asked to share rooms and beds with colleagues
-Your life is no longer yours when you work there
-You are not allowed to eat, drink or sit before the CEO arrives in the room. He dictates when you eat, drink and sit.
-Women must shower and change after the "work day" at conferences before dinner (you are not allowed to wear your work clothes to dinner).
-You must drink alcohol
-You must socialise outside of work and must go out to dinner with all employees
-You are reimbursed for meals but you must pay for these outright
-They will sometimes tell you whether or not they approve of your spouse
-They will call you whatever they like (idiot, fool, stupid, brainless, fat)
