Pros
Culture is a huge focus and not in some corny, fake way. They truly care about who they are bringing on and how everyone is going to fit together. HDC strives to put people in a position to succeed, which I mean in a variety of ways. Whether it comes to environment (allowing employees to work from a cool cafe complete with two very comfortable couches) or the work being done (giving employees opportunity to flex creative or strategic muscles in different ways on different clients) HDC wants to give people opportunities to be doing their very best work every day. Management is tapped into what's going on and is hands on with employees when it comes to addressing concerns or even just lending an ear with regard to a business problem. The employees are super welcoming, friendly, creative, energetic and accepting. If you're into thigns like bowling or softball, there are great opportunities to get together with your co-workers and have fun after work. If you're not into those things it doesn't matter, because you can still go hang out and have a great time. And if you're not into hanging out, that doesn't matter either, because the atmosphere at work is light and friendly, but oriented on doing great work. You'll be having a great time with your co-workers and killing it on projects too.
Cons
Sometimes the Coffee Bot breaks down, but coffee is for the weak, says I. Also, Third Ward parking is expensive, what's the deal with that?
