Pros
My co-workers at Hansons was the biggest pro to working there. There was some drama as with any other office setting but overall we always worked as a team.
Cons
Once the company was sold in 2018ish the management was terrible which effected everything below to the point where I would dread going to work every day. They also never really have "promotions" they were more like lateral moves with more responsibility and the same pay. Lots of empty promises.
