Pros
Really inspiring mission. The company puts its money where its mouth is and does a lot of good in the world. Coworkers are great, and people stay here for a really long time which speaks to that. CEO is super nice and very accessible. Not a lot of hierarchy, everyone collaborates with everyone. Some positions are fully remote and others are hybrid. Appreciate the flexibility. Get a free SNOO if you have a baby. And cash bonus if you refer a corporate partner to the Employee Benefits Program. Free lunch when you go to the office. People are really impressed when they hear I work at Happiest Baby/SNOO, and our vendors and other companies in the category really respect us, which is good for future career path as well. We do lots of innovative things as a business, so you learn a ton, including things outside of your normal department or scope, which keeps things interesting and engaging. Definitely recommend working here, it's my favorite job I've had.
Cons
There have been a couple of restructurings and people were let go. (I think that's where some of the not-so-good reviews come from, I could recognize them while reading).
