      Pros

      First off, this is the most organized and well-structured residential sales position I've experienced. This is an opportunity where I have been able to provide for my family and help others with services that matter. In addition, the owner and team are very intentional about helping all members achieve their personal financial goals.

      Cons

      If you are looking for a job that relies on base pay, this is not for you. To provide for my family, I was looking for a sales position with the opportunity to make more than average and an environment to grow professionally. This is exactly that.
