      They are somewhat flexible with hours if they like you.

      Cons

      They don't have enough funding to support quality systems. The environment is hostile to most workers unless you happen to be the flavor of the month. They miss payroll from time to time and blame it on collections. They fire people right before holidays and then try to block unemployment benefits.

      Top of our industry and huge growth year over year, leadership adjustments over past several years greatly improving culture, 401k, community mindedness, work from home/office flexibility (for appropriate job roles), and more

      Growth of companies always highlights issues of documentation, processes and training needs but it's actively being worked on thankfully.
