Pros

You'll build resilience faster than anywhere else.

Cons

Walking into this company feels like stepping into a nightmare you can't wake up from. Leadership runs the place through fear and control, keeping everyone on edge instead of actually fixing the problems. The execs are completely out of touch, too busy trying to protect themselves to deal with the horrible mess they've created. They force people back into the office and make a big deal about clocking in and out, but all that really happens is toxic gossip, mostly from senior leaders and the finance/ops crowd. On top of that, the product direction changes every hour, leaving the overseas engineers buried under impossible requests, while managers scramble to clean up the fallout. The worst part? I've watched the majority of women on that team walk out the door in less than two years, which tells you everything you need to know.

Pros

Harri is a strong place to work if you care about building real products that solve real problems in hospitality and retail. The leadership team is thoughtful, accessible, and genuinely invested in long-term outcomes—not just short-term optics. Decisions are grounded in customer impact and operational reality, which shows up in how teams are prioritized and supported. What stands out most is the people. Teams are smart, collaborative, and willing to challenge ideas constructively. There’s a strong sense of ownership and accountability, and leadership trusts teams to execute rather than micromanaging. You’re expected to think, not just follow instructions.

Cons

Some people are used to perfection or walking into a job with fully standardized, mature processes already in place. Harri isn’t that kind of environment and that’s actually the upside. You’re encouraged to challenge how things are done, push for change, and implement processes that genuinely add value rather than just follow “how it’s always been.” What I appreciate most about Harri is that it’s a place where you grow. Leadership, including the CEO, actively pushes everyone to keep learning, think critically, and level up. If you want a static role with rigid guardrails, this may feel uncomfortable. If you want ownership, influence, and real development, it’s the right place.

Pros

Harri is a very dynamic company. The pace is fast and the business is constantly evolving, which keeps the work interesting and creates opportunities to be involved in new initiatives. One thing that stands out is the transparency from leadership. The executive team communicates openly about company direction, progress, and challenges. That level of visibility isn’t something you see at every tech company and it helps employees understand the bigger picture. There’s also a strong focus on innovation. Harri is already a leader in the hospitality workforce space but the company continues to push the platform forward rather than getting comfortable.

Cons

The speed of the company means priorities can shift as the market evolves. It requires some flexibility, but it’s also part of what makes the environment exciting.
