Pros
Depending on the department, HP could be a wonderful place to work that inspires, promotes and encourages creativity. HP is small, so there is opportunity to interact with senior level employees who will actually know who you are. On the flip side, professional mobility is limited and stunted because senior level employees care about performance and generating revenue. If you don't help generate revenue, your opinions don't count and they could care less if you stay with the company.
Cons
Senior management does not care about remediating hostile work environment even after several meetings. They only care about performance and generating revenue despite poor management.
