Working in an open concept office with glass walls and no cubicles. Four day work week comprised of ten hour (9.5 + lunch) work days. Centrally located in Yaletown. Dynamic and energetic owners who push the limits of possibilities. In good times there are bonuses. A large variety of tasks for all types of careers provides a dynamic assortment of personnel.

Projects get re-prioritized and you need to have the ability to adapt and be open to change. Many projects start off strong then become incomplete as energies get focused elsewhere. With so many projects on the go, many do not get the management they require.
