A lot of time off, wellness days, wellness budget, equal days off across the whole company; Summer Fridays Cool people;
Cons
Management has been ridiculous over the years. Terribly developed product, no one in that department knows what they are doing. If you let ChatGPT take decisions for the product it will turn out better. No accountability in that dpmnt. Bro culture, people going to Product Management because of friendships, not qualities. Not managing employee expectations, a lot of promises, a little action that leads to change.
