Staff who work hard get little to no credit, but those who turn up late, don’t turn up at all without notice, call in sick when it has been proven they are not, have no consequences whatsoever. Toxic environment which made people anxious and unhappy. Unable to request time off in an emergency as the management team refused the afternoon off when family member was dying.
