Pros
Some nice coworkers, making drinks can be fun, good discount, free salad bar, nice regular customers, quite a casual environment, food is really good, want a smoke/vape break just ask and they usually say yes unless it's busy, lead manager pretty chill
Cons
Hours too long sometimes 11-12 hours, very tiring, always get the closing shifts, maybe a bit of favouritism, can be very busy and stressful at times, too much multitasking, the apron i have to wear is annoying, high expectations, short staffed when busy, dislike working so many weekends and evenings but thats just a full time hospitality thing in general. Not everyone is friendly
