Pretty parks, some great teams there and good perks including discounted holidays, use of the gym and pool. Previous management we're brilliant and genuinely cared.

Nepotism is rambant, if you don't fit then you get the boot. Senior management are all from the same company and only promote their own "Friends". Laughable HR processes, no HR on park, senior management barely on parks and so do not have their finger on the pulse and couldn't care either, staff turn over is too high to care. No formal training or career development offered or given, Bonus scheme is nonsense, I never had one. If you work there and your asked to train the team and carry some complete numpties on what you do, get your CV up to date!

only thing that was good was the cheaper holidays

Genuinely one of the worst places to work. Management talk behind your back all the time ESPECIALLY with the chefs which makes you feel super uncomfortable and make snide jokes about you. There is no work life balance at all and frankly they do not care about it or you. Management would prefer to just sit outside smoking or sat on the computer doing nothing than help during busy times. if you don't lick the boots of management and their pets, I would suggest running. Its also full of inbreeding
