lower management are usually lazy cretins who hide all shift so shift leaders are doing the brunt of their job but the moment upper management appear, the disappearing and reappearing manager reappears for the duration of the visit

People in my team were lovely and approachable.

Management has declined since the company was acquired by Blackstone. The board members seem distant and detached, while senior leaders appear to lack strong people management skills.
