Pros
- learning opportunities for associate and junior employees - majority women workspace
Cons
No time off permitted during November-December, April-May of each calendar year. It’s pretty common to be asked to work weekends during Christmas and thanksgiving. There are no remote opportunities within the U.S. I was expected to work after hours and weekends with no overtime pay. I was expected to respond to CEO text messages and phone calls on personal cell after hours/out of the office. I was expected to work in multiple, international time zones with no overtime pay. Unfortunately, there has been multiple unaddressed incidences of verbal abuse and harassment in the office by the male CEO towards women employees using language that is threatening, unprofessional and degrading.
