Pros

- learning opportunities for associate and junior employees - majority women workspace

Cons

No time off permitted during November-December, April-May of each calendar year. It’s pretty common to be asked to work weekends during Christmas and thanksgiving. There are no remote opportunities within the U.S. I was expected to work after hours and weekends with no overtime pay. I was expected to respond to CEO text messages and phone calls on personal cell after hours/out of the office. I was expected to work in multiple, international time zones with no overtime pay. Unfortunately, there has been multiple unaddressed incidences of verbal abuse and harassment in the office by the male CEO towards women employees using language that is threatening, unprofessional and degrading.

Pros

Employee culture has really come into its own and is super positive, and it's honestly the first place I've worked that I feel good about walking into in the morning. The brand is growing rapidly, and there's good opportunities for cross-training and skill development, depending on the position. Competitive pay and a strong benefits package. Diverse staff, lgbtq-friendly. Management has been doing a great job of improving the production space and communicating with staff.

Cons

Difficult commute for some due to Washington Bridge, and start-up environment sometimes requires a bit of resilience to sudden spikes in demand.

Pros

Nice location and met some amazing coworkers.

Cons

Imagine being micro-managed and ignored simultaneously. That's this company in a nutshell. They work 24/7 and expect all of their employees to do the same. No boundaries, no consideration for your life outside of your role. Management will tell you what you want to hear to get you in the door, and then completely neglect everything that was said and agreed upon. If you're not passionate about making them more money at your expense, then buckle up.
