Pros
Family owned. Solid benefits and pay. Tuition reimbursement. Some shift flexibility but the work does come first. People are good.
Cons
Executive operations leadership fails to reinforce the values of the company. A lot of talk but actions fail. They are arrogant, self absorbed and very short sighted. Their favorite statement- if you can't do it, I'll get someone who can. Lack of long term strategy. Total focus is on making their bonuses no matter who they have to step on to make it happen. Little to no respect at the lower level. Untrustworthy.
