Pros
Had good intentions. Great building. Nice products. Global.
Cons
The high level execs put in place 5-7 years ago are now reaping what they have sowed. Their poor managers (that they can control) are inept as they attempt to build/lead teams with little to no impact. When these execs retire, others will have to pick up the many pieces they have dismantled. No passion. No trust. Average to low average players here. Most of the good people have left and are looking to leave. After all, smart, ambitious people won't stay and report to fools. Is this karma?
